This and the 3 litre were the last design from W.O.Bentley conceived towards the end of the war but not brought into production until after the amalgamation of Lagonda and Aston Martin in 1947. It shares its advanced twin cam engine with contemporary Aston Martins and sadly many have been cannibalized for this reason.
